Pricing questions
How do I know which tier is right for my business?
Tiers are based on your total employee count, including owners, contractors, and part-time staff. If you are between tiers or have unusually high transaction volume, we will confirm the right fit on a short call before you commit.
What if my books are behind?
We offer Historical Data Cleanup at $100–$150 per historical month. We will scope exactly how many months need work before quoting.
Is the setup fee refundable?
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, because it covers real work: configuring your accounting software, building your Chart of Accounts, and migrating your data.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
We serve US-based businesses. Our team is bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
What accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks or Xero, configured during onboarding based on which suits your business.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. As your employee count grows, we move you to the tier that matches. There is no penalty for changing.
